  • Come to one class and you'll see why! Our workout is a core strengthening, head-to-toe lengthening full body burn. That said, it is nice on your joints, helps you stand taller, bend a little easier, and we’re confident you’ll come to love that feel good post-pilates glow.

  • Your favorite athletic gear! Choose pieces you are comfortable moving in and are form fitting enough to allow the instructor to see your form.

    You don't need shoes but will want grippy socks as they are required for class. At times those little grippies will assist with your balance on the reformer, plus they help keep our equipment clean. If you need a pair, we have CLEARLY branded grip socks available for purchase.

  • All of our classes run 50 minutes. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before your class begins.

  • If you are NEW to reformer and have completed our Signature Intro class, your instructor will let you know if you would benefit from a private setting or are ready to book a group class.

    If you are recovering from injury, prefer a slower place, are preparing for an event, like the individualized setting, or are pregnant, booking a customized private session is encouraged.

  • We would love to see you attend twice weekly to realize the full potential of what pilates at CLEARLY can do for you. Only time for once a week? Thats fine too, just make sure it’s the best 50 minutes you give yourself all week.

  • We hope you find our space clean & tidy. In order to keep it that way, we ask for your assistance:

    Please place your shoes & all belongings in our locker bay just outside the group & private studios. Each locker has a lock + customizable code only you will know to keep your items secure. If you decide to bring your cell phone into class, please double check that it is on silent.

  • Choose the membership level that works best for you. All monthly memberships will have a 30 day expiration at which time any unused classes will expire. Memberships will auto-renew at the end of each monthly cycle, but can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

    Membership Levels:
    ONE - 4 classes/month
    TWO - 8 classes/month
    THREE - 12 classes/month
    FOUR - 16 classes/month

    Pro tip: Memberships may be modified up or down if you find you want to take more or less classes each month. This can be done at the completion of one month and before the start of another.

  • We accept all major credit cards for memberships & retail.

  • CLASS CANCELLATIONS:
    We have a 4-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel any class reservation at least 4-hours prior to class start time with no penalty and the class credit will be available for you to rebook.

    CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE THROUGH YOUR MOMENCE ACCOUNT (not through email, text or voicemail).

    A class that is cancelled less than 4-hours prior to start time is considered a “Late Cancel” and will be forfeited.

    A class that is booked but not attended is considered a “No Show” and will be forfeited. Additionally, a $10 No Show Fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.

    MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS:
    1. Pause Your Membership – Email the studio to pause your membership for 5-30 days if you are traveling or have a medical concern.
    2. Level Down Your Membership – Email the studio to modify your membership to the next level down.
    3. Cancel Your Membership – Please complete our Cancellation Form for all cancellation requests.

  • A standing reservation is available at the TWO, THREE, & FOUR levels of membership. A standing reservation is just that, a set day and time in the system that you will always have a spot in class. You can adjust it if needed within our Momence booking system. Use these for those hard to book/popular class times.

  • Our classes fill fast! If you are placed on the waitlist and a spot opens up, you will be automatically added to class (in order of signups).

    Auto-add for the 6/7/8 AM classes is until 10pm the night prior. Auto-add for all other classes is 3 hours prior to the start of class.

    If you don’t get auto-added and someone late cancels in the 3 hours prior to class, everyone on the waitlist will receive a text notification that a spot has opened. The first to respond and accept the spot will be booked into class.

    Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you are no longer able to attend class.

  • Purchase a drop-in if you are not NEW to reformer and want to try 1 class, are bringing a friend who is not a member, or you are visiting from out of town. If you are a current member, you may purchase a drop-in class if you would like to take more classes than what your monthly membership allows. Consider upgrading to the next level of membership if you are consistently having to purchase drop-ins.

  • Our upbeat playlists set the stage for your 50 minutes of fun. Throughout class our instructors will guide you through those close your eyes to lessen the burn moments & celebrate your strength gains.
